14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), a’r holl
bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na 7 diwrnod wedi dyddiad
yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a’i effaith gyffredinol fydd yn
atal unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio neu fynd ar hyd:

Heol Ddwyreiniol y Bont-faen o’r gyffordd â Heol y Gadeirlan i’r gyffordd
â Heol y Porth
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn ofynnol i atal y tebygrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd
a disgwylir iddo fod yn weithredol i hwyluso’r digwyddiadau a
nodir ar yr Atodlen isod ar y dyddiadau a’r amseroedd a nodir hefyd yn yr
Atodlen isod.
Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau
a gaiff eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd
y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROPOSAL
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(CARDIFF CASTLE CONCERTS 2024, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2024
The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended), and of all other enabling powers intends in not less than 7
days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the general effect of
which is to prevent any vehicle from using or proceeding along:
Castle Street, Duke Street and Kingsway throughout their lengths
Cowbridge Road East from its junction with Cathedral Road to its junction
with Westgate Street
The Order is necessary to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public
and is expected to be in operation to facilitate the events set out in the
below Schedule on the dates and during the times also specified in the
Schedule below.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to
such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The
Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.
The Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County
of Cardiff (Cardiff Castle Concerts 2024, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closures)
Order 2024”.
