What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

GREVILLE ROAD, WARWICK

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To safely enable works for the alteration of electricity supply.

Order Commences: 15 April 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 17 April 2024.

Access & Diversion: Greville Road, Spinney Hill, All Saints Road, Charles Street, Emscote Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Kier, Tel: 01392 261 362.

LILLINGTON AVENUE, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from the junction of Northumberland Road to the junction Kenilworth Road for approx.10m.

Reason for Order: Installation and connection of new surface water separation mains.

Order Commences: 15 April 2024 for up to 18  months.

Anticipated Completion: 30 May 2024.

Access & Diversion: Kenilworth Road, Leamington Road, A46, Coventry Road, Coten End, Emscote Road, Rugby Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Route One Traffic Management, Tel: 01212 894 222.

SWALLOW BARN, HASELEY KNOB

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from adjacent to Clattylands Barn.

Reason for Order: Installation of new water connection.

Order Commences: 15 April 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 17 April 2024.

Access & Diversion: School Lane, Honiley Road, Clattyland Lane and vice versa.

WOODBINE STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Road closed between Warwick Place and Church Hill.

Reason for Order: Works to install new water connection from mains.

Order Commences: 15 April 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 17 April 2024.

Access & Diversion: Warwick Place, Milverton Terrace, Church Hill and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

SCHOOL LANE, HUNNINGHAM

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point outside “The Bungalow”

Reason for Order: To enable works to replace a decayed BT pole.

Order Commences: 30 April 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 30 April 2024.

Access & Diversion: School Lane, Main Street and vice versa.

Contractor: RNR TM Ltd, Tel: 07977 292 869.

VICARAGE LANE, SHERBOURNE

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from outside No. 9 to outside No. 16.

Reason for Order: To enable a hydrant renewal.

Order Commences: 30 April 2024 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 02  May  2024.

Access & Diversion: Stratford Road, Watery Lane, Fulbrook Lane, Vicarage Lane and vice versa.

Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
