Campbell Road Area - Road Closure for Waiting

The Council of the City of Salford proposes to make the
CITY OF SALFORD (CAMPBELL ROAD AREA, SWINTON
PARK) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect
of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time
on - Campbell Road (i) west side, from 5m northwest of
Thorn Road northerly for 5m (ii) west side, from 5m south
east of Thorn Road south easterly for 11m (iii) both sides,
from 32m north east of Rolag Crescent, north easterly
for 46m around the bend (iv) north side, from 10m north
east of Rolag Crescent to 9m south west of Nassau Drive
(v) both sides, from its western cul-de-sac end (opposite
No's 119/124) easterly for 21m including the turning head
on the north side of road (vi) both sides, from 45m east
of its western cul-de-sac end (opposite No's 119/124)
easterly for 30m (vii) south side, from 12m southwest
from Arkwright Way north easterly to 12m northeast from
Arkwright Way (viii) south side, from 8m southwest from
Hargreaves Street, to 9m northeast from Hargreaves Street
Merino Grove (i) south side, from Lakefield Gardens
easterly for 14m (ii) north side, from Lakefield Gardens
easterly for 10m Lakefield Gardens (i) both sides, from
Campbell Road south easterly for 10m (ii) east side, from
10m south of Merino Grove to 10m north of Merino Grove
(iii) east side, from 10m south of Hattersley Close to 10m
north of Hattersley Close (iv) both sides, from 45m south
of Hattersley Close, southerly for 8m to Lakefield Gardens
(v) both sides, from its western Cul-de-sac end easterly
for 44m including the turning head on the south side of
the road Hattersley Close both sides, from Lakefield
Gardens easterly for 10m Nassau Drive both sides,
from Campbell Road northerly westerly for 10m Rolag
Crescent (i) both sides, from Campbell Road northerly
for 10m (ii) both sides, from its northeast cul-de-sac
end (O/S 14 / 16) southerly for 30m (iii) both sides, from
Rolag Crescent (opposite No's 10/12 ) westerly for 10m
(iv) south side, from 10m east of Rolag Crescent (outside
31), westerly for 25.5m (v) west side, from 40m north of
Jacquard Close northerly for 12m (vi) east side, from 40m
north of Jacquard Close northerly for 10m (vii) west side,
from 10m north of Jacquard Close southerly to 10m south
of Jacquard Close (viii) both sides, from Campbell Road
(adjacent to no.116) northerly for 8m Jacquard Close both
sides, from Rolag Crescent westerly for 12m Horrocks
Lane both sides, from Campbell Road southerly for 10m
Arkwright Way both sides, from Campbell Road south
easterly for 10m Hargreaves Street both sides, from
Campbell Road south easterly for 10m; and Folly Lane
both sides, from 10m northeast from Thorn Road for 15m
north easterly.

proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Swinton
