PART OF B6093 RAVENFIELD LANE

RAVENFIELD ROTHERHAM

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of B6093 Ravenfield Lane from its junction with A630 Doncaster Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction from Monday 15th. April until Friday 19th. April 2024.

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route is via B6093

Ravenfield Lane, Hooton Lane, Main Street, Moor Lane North, Hollings Lane, Vale Road, Park Lane, A630 Doncaster Road and vice versa.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257

THE ROTHERHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC

FOOTPATH NO’S 2 & 3 IN CATCLIFFE (PART) PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP ORDER 2024

On 28th. March 2024, Rotherham Borough Council confirmed the above order made under section 257 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.

The effect of the order will be to stop up the public footpaths running from the point at Grid Reference SK 4215 8842 and proceeding in a west north westerly direction for a distance of 110m to Grid Reference SK4204 8844. Then commencing from Grid Reference 4190 8847 and proceeding in a west north westerly direction for 185m to grid Reference SK 4171 8850.

Also that part of Public Footpath No.2 commencing from Grid Reference SK 4178 8849 and proceeding in a north westerly direction for 28m to Grid Reference SK 4177 8852 and then north easterly for 40m to Grid Reference 4182 8853 as shown on the order map.

A copy of the confirmed order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Director of Legal and Electoral Services from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. between Monday to Friday. Copies of the confirmed order and order map may be bought there for the reasonable cost of photocopying.

The order comes into force on the date on which Rotherham Borough Council Confirms the order, but if any person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or on the ground that any requirement of the 1990 Act, or of any regulation made under the 1990 Act has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, may, under section 287 of the 1990 Act, within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 and 8 of Schedule 14 to that Act make an application to the High Court.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

PART OF COMMON ROAD THORPE SALVIN ROTHERHAM

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends  (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Common Road from a point approximately 380 metres south of its junction with Worksop Road for a distance of 100m in a southerly direction from Monday 22nd. April until Friday 26th. April 2024.

NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes for vehicles affected will be via Worksop Road, Back Lane, Nether Thorpe Road, common Road and vice versa.

The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the part of road (Sewer connection).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

A630 ROTHERHAM GATEWAY/M1 J33 ROUNDABOUT

A630 ROTHERWAY AND

A630 ROTHERHAM GATEWAY CANKLOW ROTHERHAM

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends

(not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the four parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice on the following dates:-

10pm to 6am daily from Monday 22nd April to Friday 26th April 2024.

10pm to 6am daily from Monday 6th May to Friday 10th May 2024.

10pm to 6am daily from Monday 13th May to Friday 17th May 2024. NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected is via A630 West Bawtry Road, A630 Centenary Way, A6178 Sheffield Road, A631 Tinsley Roundabout, A631 Shepcote Lane and B6533 Europa Link.

The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Installation of new signals, vehicle restraint barrier and installation of an addition running lane).

SCHEDULE

(i)    A 630 Rotherham Gateway/M1 J33 Roundabout, the eastern motorway bridge from the M1 south entry slip road to the A630 Rotherham Gateway eastbound junction.

(ii)   To prohibit any vehicle travelling south along A630 Rotherway from proceeding in any direction other than the M1 southbound.

(iii)   A 630 Rotherway closed to non-motorway users from its junction with A630 Rotherway/West Bawtry Road roundabout southbound.

(iv)   A 630 Rotherham Gateway in a westerly direction from its junction with the A630 Rotherham Gateway/ M1 J33 Roundabout, Canklow to its junction with the exit slip road to Poplar Way. Dated this 11th. day of April 2024

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) PART OF MOORHOUSE LANE AND

PART OF GREYSTONES ROAD WHISTON ROTHERHAM

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make  an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice from Monday 22nd. April until Friday 26th. April 2024.

The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the two parts of road  (Street lighting and drainage maintenance works).

SCHEDULE

1.    Moorhouse Lane from its junction with Cowrakes Lane to its junction with B6410 Worry Goose Lane and Little Common Lane (the alternative route will be via Cowrakes Lane, Worry Goose Lane and vice versa).

2.    Greystones Road from its junction with Moorhouse Lane for  a distance of approximately 20m in an easterly direction  (the alternative route will be via local neighbouring streets).
