Order made: To close that part of C2055 Norton Road from its junction with A4440 Norton roundabout to its junction with U60000 Taylors Lane.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by GN Groundworks Ltd.

Reason: Replacement of damaged street lightning column by Prysmian Cables and Systems.

Exemptions: To permit access on foot only to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no

other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Emergency services need to follow the diversion route.

Order made: To close Footpath CT-603, Clifton on Teme and Footpaths SW-501, SW-503, SW-504, SW-505,

To close Footpath CT-603, Clifton on Teme and Footpaths SW-501, SW-503, SW-504, SW-505,

SW-509, Shelsley Walsh for their entire lengths.

The Order is being made to facilitate an event related to the Midland Automobile Club's Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Footpath CT-604, Clifton on Teme; Footpath CT-604, Clifton on Teme; Footpaths SW-506 and SW-507, Shelsley Walsh; a Permissive route; Footpath SW-508, Shelsley Walsh; C2026 and vice versa.

(Footpaths DB-510 and DB-514 Drakes Broughton and Wadborough)(Temporary Closure Order) 2024

Order made: To close Footpaths DB-510 and DB-514 Drakes Broughton and Wadborough for their entire length. The Order has been made as a result of the removal of spare rails causing a crossing hazard. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: There is no alternative route. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 21 March 2024.
