ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE A46 TRUNK ROAD (BETWEEN SEDGEBERROW AND HINTON CROSS, WORCESTERSHIRE) (40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024
National Highways Limited (Company No. 9346363) hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the A46 Trunk Road between Sedgeberrow and Hinton Cross in the County of Worcestershire. The effect of the Order, which will come into force on 18 April 2024, will be to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the A46 from a point 250 metres southwest of the centrepoint of its northernmost junction with the B4078, at Sedgeberrow, to a point 490 metres north of the centrepoint of its junction with Bevans Lane, at Hinton Cross.
A copy of the Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposal and a Statement of the Reasons for making the Order, may be inspected during opening hours at Wychavon District Council Evesham Community Contact Centre, Evesham Library, Oat Street, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4PJ, and Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcestershire, WR5 2NP; or may be seen at or obtained by application to Eve Gibson-Field at National Highways, The Cube, 199 Wharfside Street, Birmingham, B1 1RN; or may be obtained by emailing orders-birmingham@nationalhighways.co.uk.
