ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (HOPWELL ROAD, DRAYCOTT AND WILSTHORPE ROAD, BREASTON) (CLEARWAY AND BLUE BADGE PARKING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be, in respects of roads in Breaston, Erewash is as follows:
24 HOUR CLEARWAY (NO STOPPING)
Hopwell Road, Draycott
Both sides
From a point 550 metres north of its junction with Victoria Road in a northerly direction, for a distance of 455 metres.

DISABLED BADGE HOLDERS ONLY, MONDAY - SATURDAY, 8AM - 6PM, WAITING LIMITED TO 3 HOURS NO RETURN WITHIN 1 HOUR
Wilsthorpe Road, Breaston

North side
From a point 57 metres north-east of its junction with Risley Lane in a north-easterly direction, for a distance of 6.6 metres.

A copy of the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the County Council’s principal offices known as County Hall on Smedley Street in Matlock during opening hours and on request by emailing place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk until 6 weeks after the Order is made and at Borrowash Library, Victoria Avenue, Borrowash, Derbyshire, DE72 3HE during opening hours.

All objections and other representations to the proposal must (a) be made in writing (b) state the grounds on which they are made (c) provide a name and address for contact purposes (d) be sent to the Executive Director - Place, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock DE4 3AG (For Attention of Traffic and Safety Team quoting reference Z3362) or email place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk by Friday 3rd of May 2024.
