THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF
WINDSOR AND MAIDENHEAD
(PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS)
TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make an Order, the effect of which would be to update two existing School Keep Clear restrictions in the Royal Borough with the intention of providing camera enforcement at the sites below by way of Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004:
ALTWOOD ROAD, MAIDENHEAD – a prohibition of stopping outside of the Altwood Church of England Primary School, between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, North side: From 18 metres west of the west entrance to Altwood Church of England Primary School, eastwards for 38 metres; and North side: From 11 metres west of the east entrance to Altwood Church of England Primary School, eastwards for 37.3 metres.
WELLEY ROAD, WRAYSBURY – a prohibition
of stopping outside of the Wraysbury Primary
School, between the hours of 8am and 9:30am
and 2:30pm and 4pm Monday to Friday, extending Both sides: (i) Welley Road - Both sides: From 3.5 metres north of the extended north kerbline of Poulcott, northwards for 26 metres; and (ii) Welley Road - Both sides: From 3 metres north of the vehicular “Staff Only” entrance to Wraysbury Primary School, northwards for 31.5 metres.
