U3134 Byron Street Back Lane - Temporary Road Closure

U3134 BYRON STREET BACK LANE AMBLE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3134 Byron Street Back Lane Amble from the rear of number 46 King Edward Street heading 26 metres in a southerly direction to the gable end of number 63 Wellwood Street in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 7th May 2024 until the 27th May 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 7th May 2024 until the 13th May 2024 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 27th May 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the Wellwood Street, U3134 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Clancy on behalf of Northern Powergrid for service replacement. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
