C357 BERWICK HILL SEATON BURN
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C357 Berwick Hill Seaton Burn from its junction with the C368 heading west for a length of 2214 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 2nd May 2024 until the 31st October 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 2nd May 2024 between the hours of 08:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 31st October 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C368, B1318, C226, C101 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for surface dressing and associated works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
