NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC –
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Various Roads
in Macclesfield & Poynton
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council
in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has
made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily
prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Ryles Park Lane, Macclesfield –
For the full extent.
Whirley Road, Macclesfield – For the full extent.
Chiltern Avenue, Macclesfield – For the full extent.
Manchester Road, Macclesfield – For the full extent.
Badger Road, Macclesfield – For the full extent.

Adlington Road, Bollington – For the full extent.
Bollin Way, Prestbury – For the full extent.
Riverside Drive, Prestbury – For the full extent.

This order will come into operation on Friday 12 April 2024 and
will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is
necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway,
although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by
Friday 10 May 2024.
