Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
CHURCH STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to rectify surface depression.
Order Commences: 16 April 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 April 2024.
Access & Diversion: Bridge Street, Newdegate Street, Harefield
Road, Newtown Road, Bond Street, Bond Gate.
Contractor: Headway Traffic Management, Tel: 01564 820 118.
D1182 BERMUDA ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Tenlons Road
and Bermuda Village.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works,
08.00hrs-17.00hrs on 6 consecutive Sundays.
Order Commences: 14 April 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion available. Access/Egress
to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.
Access/Egress to/from all adjoining roads may be restricted whilst
works are in progress.

SHEPPERTON STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Pipe repair works.
Order Commences: 15 April 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 April 2024.
Access & Diversion: No alternative route available.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
WOOD STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from outside No. 13.
Reason for Order: Installation of a new water connection.
Order Commences: 15 April 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 April 2024.
Access & Diversion: The Circle, Vernons Lane, Byford Street and
vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01158 965 832.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the
following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BYFORD STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point outside
property number 18.
Reason for Order: To enable installation of a new water connection
from main.
Order Commences: 30 April 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: Vernons Lane, The Circle, Wood Street and
vice versa.
Contractor: For STW, Go TM, Tel: 01158 965 832.
THE WOODLANDS, HARTSHILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable pipe repair work.
Order Commences: 30 April 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 02 May 2024.
Access & Diversion: The Woodlands and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and
egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of
road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access
will be maintained where possible.
