a wnaed gan Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy ar 29 Medi 2023, a oedd i ddod i ben ar 5 Ebrill 2024 yn parhau i fod yn weithredol gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru tan ac yn cynnwys 4 Hydref 2024. Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd yw gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Iwybr troed 58 Bro Garmon sy'n ymestyn o'r giat mochyn i'r gogledd o Fferm Muriau yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 7983 5648 ac yn mynd tua'r gorllewin dros Bont Sappers i gyfeirnod grid SH 7959 5652.

Roap Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) Conwy County Borough Council (Footpath 58 Bro Garmon) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2023

NOTICE IS given that the above named Order made by the Conwy County Borough Council on 29 September 2023 and which was due to expire on 5 April 2024 has been continued in force with the approval of the Welsh Ministers until and including 4 October 2024. The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that section of footpath 58 Bro Garmon which extends from the kissing gate to the north of Muriau Farm at grid reference SH 7983 5648 and proceeds westerly over Sappers Bridge to grid reference SH 7959 5652.
