Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (As Amended) Notice Under Article 15

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Erection of a new freestanding single-storey sixth form building, together with associated access, parking and landscaping works and new security fencing at Glenwood School, Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 4LW - CC/CPT/21/24

The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Castle Point Local Plan Adopted 1998 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk . Consultation on this application is open until 25 April 2024. Representations or objections in respect of this application can be made online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk via email to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk; or in writing to the undersigned by 25 April 2024. (Church Road, Vange) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Vange in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 60m north west of its junction with Osborne Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th April 2024 for 1 night (22:00-23:59), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701FSS2-24-77-300424 -Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Church Road, Clay Hill Road, Timberlog Lane, Mopsies Roundabout, Broadmayne and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 11th April 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Southernhay, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southernhay, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Station Way for a distance of approximately 75m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th April 2024 for 1 night (23:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (YN12098794-RT2 -MBNL). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while telecoms works are undertaken by MBNL.

An alternative route is available via Station Way, Cherrydown East, Clay Hill Road, Sparrows Herne, Lee Woottens Lane, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Nether Mayne.

The Order will come into effect on 11th April 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tyrrells Road, Great Burstead and South Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tyrrells Road, Great Burstead and South Green in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Stockwell Close a distance of approximately 15m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th April 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2360085 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Burstead Drive, The Redinge, Tyrrells Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11th April 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Great Wakering) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of High Street, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Mercer Avenue to its junction with Whitehall Road a distance of approximately 235m. "The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The restriction is scheduled to commence on 22nd April 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2360155 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully and manhole surveying works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order came into effect on 28th March 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Homefields Avenue, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Homefields Avenue, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th April 2024 for 54 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01354632 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via London Road, Romsey Road, Romsey Drive, Romsey Crescent, Malwood Drive, Malwood Road, Homefields Avenue and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28th March 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Western Road & Norsey Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Western Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 135m in a south westerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Norsey Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with High Street to its junction with Crown Road a distance of approximately 60m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 16th April 2024 for 32 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001315341 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. Alternative routes are available via

1. High Street, London Road and vice versa (with access only into Western Road).

2. St Andrews Drive, Stock Road, High Street and vice versa (with access only into Norsey Road).

The Order will come into effect on 28th March 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
