THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (A809 STOCKIEMUIR ROAD, BEARSDEN) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
On the 4 April 2024 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Stockiemuir Road, Bearsden between its junctions with Stockiemuir Avenue and the A809 Drymen Road/A810 Duntocher Road, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 08.00 hours on Monday, 8 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 14 April 2024.
Alternative Route
The alternative routes will be by way of Stockiemuir Road, the B8050 Baljaffray Road, and the A810 Duntocher Road, Bearsden, and these routes will be sign posted.
