What is happening?

(U72N SHAKESPEARE STREET TO BROOMS ROAD CARPARK) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER) ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily suspend parking on the U72n Shakespeare Street, North side from Gifhorn House to carpark from 7am on 15/04/24 to 5pm on 10/06/24. The temporary suspension is necessary to facilitate access/egress for large vehicles to demolition site. In addition, at this time, the southside footpath will be closed in the interest of pedestrian safety during demolition works.

(U385N BIRKSHAW) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U385n North of Birkshaw Farm, Auldgirth from 8am – 6pm on 16/04/24. The closure is necessary to facilitate BT pole replacement works. 
Alternative route available via B729, U382n, U385n and vice versa. Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

(U33N AMISFIELD TOWN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) NO.2 ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U33n Chilston House, Amisfield from 1000 – 11:30 on 17/04/24. The closure is necessary to facilitate septic tank works. Alternative route available via A701(T), C9n, U33n and vice versa. Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
