Trenam Place - Prohibition of Waiting
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council has made the Salford City Council (Trenam Place, Pendleton and Charlestown) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024.
The Order will introduce the following provisions - No Waiting at Any Time on - Trenam Place
(i) North and West side, from 38m south east of Cross Lane, for 24m easterly then northerly;
(ii) East and South east side, from 78m south east of Cross Lane, for 44m northerly then south easterly around Nos. 28 - No 36, including the cul-de-sac end to Nos. 30 and 32;
(iii) West side, from 102m south east of Cross Lane, for 13m northerly then westerly;
(iv) East side, from 94m south east of Cross Lane, for 10m northerly; and (v) North side adjacent to house number 31, from 94m south east of Cross Lane, for 10m easterly.
The Order was made on 26 March 2024 and will come into effect on 8 April 2024.
A copy of the Order and plan are available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 26 March 2024 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
