Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council has made an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

S.14 because of works on or near the road.

Roads To Be Closed: those parts of the following roads:

1. Coombe Lane, West Meon, East Hampshire between its junction with West Meon Road and its junction with Coombe Road
2. Airlie Road / Ranelagh Road, Winchester between its junction with Christchurch Road and its junction with Cromwell Road
3. Downend Road, Fareham between its junction with A27 and its junction with entrance for The Ridgeway
4. Wellesley Road, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Chestnut Avenue and its junction with Conholt Road
5. College Street, Petersfield, East Hampshire between its junction with Tor Way and its junction with Station Road
6. Chesnut Avenue, Eastleigh between its junction with Bournemouth Road and its junction with Stoneham Lane
7. Masefield Close, Eastleigh between its junction with Kipling Road and its termination

Temporary Speed Restriction – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road:

Temporary Double Yellow Lines – To impose double yellow lines on the following road:

New Road, Swanmore, Winchester between its junction with a point 299m south west of its junction with Crofton Way and its junction with a point approximately 140 metres in a south-westerly direction

Temporary No Waiting At Any Time – To impose a temporary no waiting restrictions on the following roads:

Yoells Lane, Havant
South side From its junction with Lovedean lane to a point 31 metres East of that junction. North side From its junction with Lovedean Lane to a point 41 metres East of that Junction

Lovedean Lane
From a point 16 metres North of its junction with Yoells lane to a point 51 metres South of that point.

Duration Of Order: from 25th March 2022 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
