LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions:
i) on Loom Grove, around the bend opposite no. 4
ii) on Hyland Close, around the bend fronting no. 7
iii) on Nelmes Crescent, around the bend fronting no. 24
iv) on the junction of Braemar Gardens and Wingletye Lane
v) on the junction of Purbeck Road and Norman Road
vi) on the junction of Globe Road and Norman Road
vii) on the junction of Cheviot Road and Norman Road
viii) on the junction of Vicarage Road and Dorian Road
ix) on the junction of Braithwaite Avenue and Crow Lane
x) on the junction of Forest Road and Cross Road
xi) on Harwood Avenue outside nos. 76 and 78
xii) on Stanley Road North outside nos. 41 to 51
xiii) on Belgrave Avenue outside no. 115
xiv) on Grenfell Avenue opposite Wren Gardens
xv) on Grenfell Avenue opposite Edison Avenue
xvi) on the junction of Upper Rainham Road and Shelly Avenue

xviii) on and opposite the junction of Shelley Avenue and Tennyson Way

xx) in The Avenue, across the vehicular entrance to on Wyke Lodge
xxi) in The Avenue, across the vehicular entrance to no. 68 Station Lane
xxii) on Clifton Road fronting the vehicular access to the former Raphael School site
b) Extension of the no waiting at any time restrictions on:
i) Great Gardens Road, to the side of no. 284 Brentwood Road
ii) Hazelmere Gardens to the side of no. 304 Brentwood Road
iii) Newbury Walk, on south eastern side and its north eastern extremity
iv) Edison Avenue to the side of no. 70 Grenfell Avenue
v) Wingletye Lane opposite Essex Gardens
vi) Squirrels Heath Lane outside nos.153 and 155 and outside nos. 130 and 132
vii) Kingsley Gardens to the side of nos.134 and 136
viii) the northern side of Berther Road, extending up to the western boundary of no. 5
ix) the southern side of Berther Road, extending up to the free parking bay outside no. 2a
c) Introduce two disabled parking bays on Rosewood Avenue opposite the junction of Ennerdale Avenue
d) Change the existing Monday to Friday 8.30am to 10am waiting restrictions in St Andrews to apply Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm
e) Change the existing free parking bay in Ravensbourne Crescent, to the side of no. 8 Coombe Road to a residents parking bay for the HWD Zone
f) Change the residents parking bay in Claremont Road, to the side of no. 19 Park Lane to a pay by phone parking bay operational Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm
g) Extend the existing Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm waiting restrictions in front of nos. 2 and 4 Burnway
h) Extension of the residents parking bay in The Avenue to the side of no. 68 Station Lane
i) Reduce the residents parking bay in The Avenue, fronting no. 2a to one space
j) Remove two pay and display parking spaces in the Avenue, fronting the
vehicular entrance to Wyke Lodge k) Remove the existing school keep clear marking in Clifton Road, fronting
the former Raphael School site I) Extend the residents parking bays in Clifton Road fronting the former
Raphael School site

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
