Grove Farm Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Service Connection Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order:

U71226, Grove Farm Road, Llangrove, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U71226, Grove Farm Road, Llangrove, between the properties of 'The Elms' and 'Fairfield'. Grid Ref: 353032/219132.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Grove Farm Road onto Ruxton Llangrove Road, onto the U71224, onto Grove Farm Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to new service connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 10th of April 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
