CONSERVATION AREA:
17803/24 55 Bradshawgate, Bolton BL1 1DR. Change of use of part ground floor, full first and second floor to 5 self contained apartments.

17874/24 17 Stapleton Avenue Bolton BL1 5ES. Erection of a single storey front, part single part two storey side and two storey rear extension together with alterations to the roof to form habitable rooms and associated external alterations.
