What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (DUDLEY STREET)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Dudley Street between its junction with Queen Street and Bilston Street. Access/egress for deliveries to be maintained. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 3 April 2024 until 28 June 2024. The Order is required to facilitate maintenance/ carriageway repaving.
