(CHAPEL ASH/BREWERY ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on the following stretches of road: l Suspension of the Right-Hand Turn from Chapel Ash onto Brewery Road Westerly diversion route: Chapel Ash, Tettenhall Road, Connaught Road, Park Road West, Somerfield Road, Meadow Street and Chapel Ash l Suspension of the Right-Hand turn from Brewery Road onto Chapel Ash Easterly Diversion route: Chapel Ash, Ring Road and Chapel Ash
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken between the hours of 20:00 and 23:59 on 2 April 2024. The Order is required to facilitate the maintenance of a HWM logger (sewer level monitor) by Severn Trent Water.
