NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1095 From Hill Road To Brinsop Court, Wormsley, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1095 From Hill Road To Brinsop Court, Wormsley, at The Herefordshire Golf Club, Ravens Causeway. Grid Ref: 343046/247857.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1095 Weobley to Causeway Cottage Road, onto Hereford Road, onto High Street, onto the B4230 Mill Bank, onto the B4230, onto the A480, onto the C1101 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole testing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 8th of April 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
