Order made: To close that part of C2250 Sandlin from its junction with C2227 Sherridge Lane to its junction with C2064 Stitchins Hill.
Reason: Carriageway Patching by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2227 Sherridge Lane, C2064 Stitchins Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 02 April 2024 and 19 April 2024.

Order made: To close that part of U50221 Bromsgrove Street from its junction with U50215 Crown Street to its junction with U52220 Gregory's Mill Street and to temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Bromsgrove Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1980 to allow access to residents from both ends of the road.
Reason: Street light replacement by Prysmian Cables & Systems.

Closure 1: C2225 North Piddle Lane to Bishampton from its junction with U43200 North Piddle Lane for a distance of 390 metres in an easterly direction and 380 metres in a westerly direction.
Closure 2: U43200 North Piddle Lane from its junction with C2225/B4082 to North Piddle Lane for a distance of 100 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Overhead works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Closure 2: B4205 Shaw Street from its junction with U53100 Farrier Street for a distance of 12 metres to its junction with A38 Foregate Street and to temporarily (part) suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Various Roads, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1977 to enable two-way traffic on B4205 The Butts to allow access to residents and businesses for the duration of the works.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by Four Shires Contracting Ltd.

Exemptions: To permit access for emergency services only to any land or premises fronting the highway to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Bridleway RW-507, Rushwick)
(Temporary Closure Order) 2024
Proposed Order: To close Bridleway RW-507, Rushwick for its entire length.
The Order has been made for resurfacing the path.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: There is no alternative route.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 22 April 2024.
