The Borough Council of Calderdale (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) hereby gives notice that it intends to make the above Orders, the effects of which are:

Copies of the proposed Orders, the statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the proposals, are available for inspection at Halifax Central Library, Halifax, HX1 1QG, from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturdays. Alternatively copies of the documents can be viewed on https://calderdale.traffweb.app/ traffweb/1/TrafficOrders or can be made available on request via email (a629phase2tro@calderdale.gov.uk) or telephone 01422 288001 or 288002.
