The County of Cornwall (Road From Coast Road To Junction At Fernleigh, Mount Hawke, Road From Junction At Fernleigh To Junction South East Of Millstream Cottage, Manor Parsley, Mount Hawke and Road From Junction South West Of Hawthorn Cottage To Ivy Chimney Villa, Wheal Rose, Scorrier) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mount Hawke. This prohibition is necessary for bridge repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only. Roads afected - Road From Coast Road To Junction At Fernleigh, Mount Hawke between grid references SW70392 46984 and SW70805 46375, Road From Junction At Fernleigh To Junction South East Of Millstream Cottage, Manor Parsley, Mount Hawke for its entire length and Road From Junction South West Of Hawthorn Cottage To Ivy Chimney Villa, Wheal Rose, Scorrier between gridreferences SW71169 46059 and SW71502 45879.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24 April 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 
Road afected - New Street, Penryn for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Pendarves Road and Penwerris Lane, Falmouth) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc and Stopping) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22 April 2024 to 1 May 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Pendarves Road and Penwerris Lane, Falmouth for their entire lengths.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the efect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specifed on the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Pendarves Road and Penwerris Lane, Falmouth for their entire lengths.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Penhellaz Hill, Cross Street, Helston) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22 April 2024 to 23 April 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 
Roads afected - Penhellaz Hill between the junctions of St Johns Road and Cross Street and Cross Street for its entire length, Helston.
