The County of Cornwall (A390) (Chiverton to Threemilestone) (40mph Speed Limit) (Revocation) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cornwall Council proposes to make the above Order to regulate traffic between Chiverton and Threemilestone. The effect is to introduce a 40mph speed limit along the lengths of road described below.
Copies of the relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Comments of support, objections or any other representations, must be sent in writing, with objections specifying the grounds on which they are made, to Cormac Solutions Ltd, Infrastructure Design Group, Radnor Road, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5EH. Any representations must be received no later than the 19th April 2024. Alternatively, you can respond on-line by visiting: www.cornwall.gov.uk/TrafcConsult. 40mph Speed Limit
A390 between Chiverton Interchange Roundabout and Tresawls Road from junction with Chiverton Cross Roundabout to point 292m west of junction with Mount Pleasant Road; Road from the A390 roundabout at Threemilestone to Penventinnie Lane from junction with Threemilestone Roundabout to point 20m east of junction with access to Langarth Park and Ride.
