INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, EQUESTRIANS & NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 19/04/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake emergency maintenance to the carriageway due to subsidence. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 18/04/2024 and have a maximum duration of 2 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cityfibre & their contractors to undertake installation of new apparatus and other associated works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Triumph Rd, daytona Ave, Sword Dr, Triumph Rd, Hinckley & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 15/04/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Electricity Network Company Ltd acting on behalf of Infrastructure Gateway & their appointed contractors to undertake associated development works, utility connections, infrastructure improvement works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway authority maintenance works. This order may also accommodate third party works where applicable. The proposed diversion route will be signed via: Windsor St, Lutterworth Rd, Burbage & vice versa. Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 15/04/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow BT Openreach & their contractors to facilitate installation of new apparatus within the highway. Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 1 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 15/04/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 8 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council and their contractors to undertake carriageway maintenance, strengthening, repair and re-surfacing and any other required highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Normandy Way, Ashby Rd, Upper Bond St, Lower Bond St, Mansion St, Trinity Ln, Coventry Rd, Hinckley & vice versa. Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the installation of new apparatus. The proposed diversion route will be via: High St, Mill St, Hinckley Rd, Ashby Rd, Barwell; Ashby Rd, Normandy Way, Hinckley; Leicester Rd, Carrs Hill, Shilton Rd, Barwell & vice versa.
