(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Roche. This prohibition is necessary for works to install new road surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th April 2024 to 26th April 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.
Road affected - A391 Between Stannary Road And Scredda Roundabout, Roche from Singlerose roundabout to the industrial estate entrance.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th March 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bugle. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th April 2024 to 22nd April 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Access To Polgoda Farm From Conce, Bugle for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new underground service and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2024 to 30th April 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Bishops Hill Road, Wadebridge between Hayle Bay and Bishops Corner.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th April 2024 to 19th April 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bodiniel Road, Bodmin between grid references SX 06035:67920 and SX 05930:68026.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th March 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th April 2024 to 12th April 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Chapel Road To Hollywood Head, Chapel Road, Bodmin from junction on B3266 between Bearoak Hill And Bravery Cottages and junction on Hengar Lane.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th March 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 8 in the Parish of Mevagissey between grid references SX 01272:45290 to SX 01292:45281. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to slumped section of bank.
The Order will come into operation on 27th March 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 5th April 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 6th March 2024 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
