A5026 Holway Road, A5026 Fron Park Road And A5026 Whitford Street And Surrounding Roads, Holywell Proposed Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time And Bus Stop Clearway

Flintshire County Council propose to make an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to :-

1. Introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions:-

a. At the junction of the A5026 Holway Road and Gwel Afon, Holywell.

b. At the junction of the A5026 Holway Road and Wedgewood Heights, Holywell.

c. At the junction of the A5026 Holway Road and the A5026 Whitford Street, Holywell.

d. At various locations on both sides of the A5026 Holway Road, Holywell.

e. At various locations on both sides of the A5026 Fron Park Road, Holywell.

f. At the junction of the A5026 Whitford Street and Ael-y-Ffynnon, Holywell.

2. Revoke the existing 'School Terms - Monday - Friday 8.15am - 9.15am and 2.45pm-4.00pm School Buses Only' parking restrictions and introduce a 'Bus Stop Clearway Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm' in the Lay-by outside the pedestrian access to St Winefrides Catholic Primary School, on the A5026 Whitford Street, Holywell.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
