GARTCOSH ROAD A752, BARGEDDIE (NORTHBOUND DIRECTION ONLY) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
On 18 March 2024 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on facilitating gas works) on Gartcosh Road A752, Bargeddie (northbound direction only) from Coatbridge Road to Manse Road by reason of works being executed on or near that location.
Alternative routes: via Coatbridge Road A89; Glasgow Road A89; Bank Street A89; Blair Road; Townhead Road; Cuilhill Road A752
Pedestrian access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure.
Vehicular access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure.
The Order, will come into operation at 0001 hours on Monday, 1st April 2024 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Sunday, 7th April 2024.
