Cheshire West And Chester Borough Council Notice Of Proposal PTRO 777 (Station Road & Rookery Rise, Winsford) (Proposed Prohibition Of Waiting Order) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting traffic regulation order on Station Road and Rookery Rise, Winsford.

Full details showing the proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the extent of the proposals and the Council's statement of reasons for making the order may be viewed in the public notices section of the council's website. Copies may be obtained by e mailing highways@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk. If people wish to view further details of the PTRO they should email the Area Highways Team at highways@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk to arrange a viewing.

All objections and other representations relating to the order must be made in writing and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made, to the undersigned quoting reference PTRO 777 by 12 April 2024.

SCHEDULE - PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF WAITING

The extents of the proposed traffic regulation orders are as shown below:

Schedule 1

(Prohibition of Waiting) Station Road (both sides), Winsford from its junction with A54 roundabout for a distance of 66 metres along the centreline in a westerly direction.

Schedule 2

(Prohibition of Waiting) Rookery Rise (northwest side), Winsford from a point 43 metres south of Station Road for a distance of 59 metres along the centreline in south-westerly direction.
