(COUNTRY PARKS CAR PARKS) ORDER 2019 NOTICE OF VARIATION (NO.2) 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (England) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers is to revise the charges for Off-Street Parking Places in the Northamptonshire Country Parks as listed in the Schedule below.
This notice will vary the parking charges detailed in Schedule 2 appended to the;
NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (COUNTRY PARKS CAR PARKS) ORDER 2019’.
This variation notice is due to come into operation (i.e. the new charges) on 11th April 2024.
