Various Roads in the Borough of Elmbridge Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.1) 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of the Act the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads described in the Schedule to this Notice. This Order is required to facilitate highways improvements, carriageway surfacing, and/or maintenance works for, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 01 April 2024. 
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road including access by emergency vehicles to these properties will be maintained only when safe to do so, if necessary, via the diversion route. All other traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. During certain phases of the works, vehicular access to premises may be restricted, when this is the case such restriction of access will apply for no more than eight hours within any 24-hour period.

Alternative Route: (B365) Ashley Road and Station Avenue, or this route in reverse. (b) The entire length of Rydens Road (D3830) Walton On Thames. Alternative Route: (1) (A244) Hersham Road, (A244) Ashley Road, (A244) New Zealand Avenue, (A244) Bridge Street, (A3050) Hepworth Way, (A3050) Church Street, (A3050) Terrace Road, (B369) Walton Road, and (C153) Molesey Road; and (2) (C153) Molesey Road, (B369) Walton Road, (A3050) Terrace Road, (A3050) Church Street, (A3050) Hepworth Way, (A244) Bridge Street, (A244) New Zealand Avenue, (A244) High Street, and (A244) Hersham Road. (c) That length of High Street (D3809) Walton On Thames as extends from its junction with (A244) New Zealand Avenue to its junction with (A3050) Hepworth Way. Alternative Route: (1) (A3050) Hepworth Way, (A3050) Bridge Street, and (A244) New Zealand Avenue; and (2) (A244) High Street, (A244) Ashley Road, (A244) New Zealand Avenue, (A3050) Bridge Street, and (A3050) Hepworth Way. (d) The entire length of Brooklands Road (B374) Weybridge. Alternative Route: (B373) Hanger Hill, (A317) Queens Road, (B365) Seven Hills Road, and (A245) Byfleet Road, or this route in reverse.

Walton Lane (D3875) Weybridge Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Walton Lane (D3875) Weybridge as extends from its junction with (D3875) Gipsey Lane to a point in line with the eastern boundary of the property known as “Desborough Lodge”. Alternative Route: Walton Lane, (A244) Walton Bridge, (A244) Bridge Street, (A3050) Oatlands Drive, (A317) Monument Hill, Monument Green, and Thames Street, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate mains water repair works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 14 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 02 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

Beech Avenue (C43) Effingham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Beech Avenue (C43) Effingham as extends from its junction with (A246) Guildford Road to its junction with (D883) Beech Close. Alternative Route: (A246) Guildford Road, (A246) Leatherhead Road, (A246) Guildford Road, (A246) Young Street, (A24) Dorking Road, (A24) London Road, (A2003) Ashcombe Road, (C44) Ashcombe Road, (C44) Ranmore Road, (C44) Ranmore Common Road, (C43) Critten Lane, and (C43) Beech Avenue, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to carry out disconnection works for, or on behalf of SES Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days between 8.30am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 08 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Due to the nature of the works, it will not be possible to maintain vehicular access through the closure, and all vehicular traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Blighton Lane (D83) Seale Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Blighton Lane (D83) Seale as extends from its junction with (X83) Furze Hill to its junction with the property known as “Grey Wings”. Alternative Route: Blighton Lane, Sands Road, Binton Lane, Seale Lane, and Blighton Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate renewal of drainage system works for, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible within 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 08 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for emergency services, residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.

Brook Hill (D194) Albury Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Brook Hill (D194) Albury. Alternative Route: (1) Brook Hill, Brook Lane, Little London, Shere Heath Road, Hound House Road, Windmill Plain, Winterfold Heath Road, Row Lane, and Shophouse Lane, or this route in reverse; (2) August Lane, Farley Heath Road, Woodhill Lane, (B2128) The Green, (B2128) Guildford Road, (B2128) Cranleigh Road, (B2128) The Street, (B2128) Wonersh Common, (B2128) Wonersh Common Road, A248) New Road, (A248) Dorking Road, (A248) Chilworth Road, (A248) The Street, and New Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate overhead/ underground structural works for, or on behalf of BT Openreach. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, on 09 April 2024, and between the hours of 10.30am and 4.30pm on 29 April 2024 during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 09 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

Critten Lane (C43) Effingham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Critten Lane (C43) Effingham as extends from its junction with (C44) Ranmore Common Road to its junction with (X7283) Summerdown Lane. Alternative Route: (C43) Beech Avenue, (A246) Guildford Road, (A246) Leatherhead Road, (A246) Young Street, (A24) Dorking Road, (A24) London Road, (A24) Mickleham By-pass, (A24) London Road, (A2003) Ashcombe Road, (C44) Ashcombe Road, (C44) Ranmore Road, and (C44) Ranmore Common Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate tree felling works for, or on behalf of Gristwood and Toms Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 8 days between the hours of 8.30am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 02 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

Greville Close (D4001) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Greville Close (D4001) Guildford. This Order is required to facilitate ground preparation works for, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible and will take 4 weeks to complete, during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 04 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time, under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. 
There is no alternative route for this closure.

Hoe Lane (D230) Abinger Hammer Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hoe Lane (D230) Abinger Hammer as extends from its junction with (X230) Sutton Place to its junction with the access to the property known as “Hoe Valley Cottage”. 
Alternative Route: Hoe Lane, Pursers Lane, Peaslake Lane, Radnor Road, Radnor Lane, Holmbury Hill Road, (B2126) Horsham Road, and Hoe Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate installation of Valve Box and Spindle works for, or on behalf of Thames Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 08 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

Horsham Road (B2126) Abinger Hammer Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Horsham Road (B2126) Abinger Hammer as extends from its junction with (D274) Raikes Lane to a point in line with the north western boundary line with the property known as “The Old Forge”. Alternative Route: (B2126) Horsham Road, (B2126) Felday Road, (A25) Guildford Road, (A25) Dorking Road, (A25) Station Road, (A25) Shere Road, (A248) Sherbourne, (D194) New Road, (D222) Brook Lane, (D222) Little London, (D222) Shere Heath Road, (C46) Sandy Lane, (C46) Hound House Road, (C46) Pitch Hill, (C46) Shere Road, (B2127) Ockley Road, (D276) Holmbury Road, (D280) Holmbury Hill Road, and (B2126) Horsham Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate valve and chamber reinforcement works for, or on behalf of Thames Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 02 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

Lower Road (D265) Effingham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Lower Road (D265) Effingham as extends from its junction with (C43) The Street to its junction with (X265) Effingham Place; (b) Suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction for heavy commercial vehicles in The Street (C43) Effingham imposed by “The County Council of Surrey (Various Roads in Effingham) (Weight Restriction) Order 1983” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in part (b) of this Notice. Alternative Route: The Street, (A246) Guildford Road, Hawkwood Rise, The Lorne, and Lower Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate utility connection works for, or on behalf of ALS Civil Engineers. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 8 days between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm within 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 05 April 2024. 
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route.

Farncombe Street (D98) Godalming Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of (a) Farncombe Street (D98) Godalming that is crossed by the Portsmouth Direct Line Level-Crossing and for a distance of 20 metres on each side; and (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Farncombe Street (D98) Godalming Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in part (a) of this Notice. Alternative Route: Farncombe Street, Binscombe Lane, Binscombe, Green Lane, Bourne Road, Summers Road, and Farncombe Street, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate level-crossing maintenance and/or improvement works to be carried out for, or on behalf of Network Rail within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 10 nights between the hours of 10pm and 6am within the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 12 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times via the Marshalls on site. Due to the nature of the works it will not be possible to maintain vehicular access through the closure, and all vehicular traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Horsham Road (A281) Alfold Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Horsham Road (A281) Alfold as extends from its junction with (B2133) Loxwood Road to its junction with (X68217) Hook Street. Alternative Route: (A281) Horsham Road, (B2130) Elmbridge Road, (B2128) The Common, (B2128) High Street, (A281) Guildford Road, (B2128) Horsham Road, (B2128) Cox Green, (B2128) Church Street, and (A281) Guildford Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works for, or on behalf of Newlands Construction Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 nights between 8pm and 6am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 02 April 2024. 
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency services will be maintained via the banksmen on site. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Mill Lane (D5421) Godalming Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Mill Lane (D5421) Godalming as extends from its junction with (D5421) Station Road to its junction with (D5421) The Mint; and, (b) in order to facilitate resident access the one-way system imposed by “The Surrey County Council Mill Lane and Station Approach (D5421) Godalming (One- Way Traffic) Order 2023” shall be suspended in its entirety. Alternative Route: Station Road and Mill Lane. This Order is required to carry out utility works for, or on behalf of SSEN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days between 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 02 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route. 
No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Wheeler Lane (D143) Godalming Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Wheeler Lane (D143) Godalming as extends from its junction with (A283) Petworth Road to its junction with (D656) Sunny Hill. Alternative Route: (A283) Petworth Road, (A283) Cherry Tree Roundabout, (A286) Haslemere Road, Gasden Lane, and Wheeler Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate utility works for, or on behalf of NIO Comm Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible between the hours of 9am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 08 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

Ewhurst Road (B2127) and St Nicholas Avenue (D664) Cranleigh Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 20 March 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of (a) Ewhurst Road (B2127) Cranleigh as extends from its junction with (D919) Dewlands Lane to its junction with (D664) St Nicholas Avenue; and (b) St Nicholas Avenue (D664) Cranleigh as extends from its junction with (B2127) Ewhurst Road northwards for a distance of 30 metres. Alternative Routes – (1) Ewhurst Road; Horsham Road; Somersbury Lane; The Green; Cranleigh Road; and Bookhurst Road or this same route in reverse; and (2) St Nicholas Avenue; Parsonage Road, Rowland Road and High Street or this same route in reverse. This Order, which will commence on 01 April 2024 for a period of 18 months is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the said roads, to be carried out by or on behalf of Surrey County Council, including but not limited to: highway improvement works and/or pedestrian crossing installation and/or carriageway resurfacing and/or major highway maintenance works. The closures are not anticipated to be implemented for the whole of the 18-month period of operation of this Order but only as necessitated by the works. Works are anticipated to take place between the hours of 7pm and 7am. Advanced warning signs will be displayed; and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times, as will access for emergency service vehicles in an emergency situation only. Vehicular access for residents and businesses will be maintained only when safe to do so, if necessary, via the diversion route. During certain phases of the works, vehicular access to premises may be restricted, when this is the case such restriction of access will apply for no more than eight hours within any 24-hour period.

D4008 Cranley Road and D4008 Hillier Road, Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of:- 1) D4008 Cranley Road, Guildford that extends from the eastern side of its junction with D4008 Aldersey Road to the property boundary of “No.29 Cranley Road” and “No.31 Cranley Road”, a distance of approximately 165m. 2) D4008 Hillier Road, Guildford that extends from its junction with D4008 Cranley Road to the property boundary of “No.18 Hillier Road” and “No.20 Hillier Road”, a distance of approximately 70m. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out highway improvements and/or resurfacing and/or maintenance works, to include installation of a zebra crossing on a road table, footway widening and bus-stop relocation. These works are anticipated to be carried out within 4 weeks of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 07 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for residents and businesses will be maintained via the alternative routes described below:- Closure 1) Cranley Road, Pit Farm Road, Epsom Road and Aldersey Road. Closure 2) Cranley Road, Pit Farm Road, Epsom Road and Hillier Road. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

D942 Summerlands, Slip Of Wood, Sherrydon and Killicks, Cranleigh Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in:- a) That length of D942 Summerlands and D942 Slip Of Wood, Cranleigh that extends from the north-eastern property boundary of “No.82 Summerlands”, to the south-eastern property boundary of “No.26 Slip Of Wood”. Works are anticipated to be carried out within 3 weeks from 15/04/24. Alternative route:- Acres Platt, Sherrydon and Summerlands. b) That length of D942 Sherrydon, Cranleigh that extends from its junction with D942 Summerlands, to its junction with Homestead and the entire length of D942 Killicks, Cranleigh. Works are anticipated to be carried out within 6 weeks from 03/06/24. Alternative route:- Summerlands, Ewhurst Road and Sherrydon. This Traffic Order is required to enable Southern Gas Networks to carry out gas mains replacement and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm, within 9 weeks of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures which are anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Fisher Lane (D161) Chiddingfold Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Fisher Lane (D161) Chiddingfold which extends from entrance to “Downlands Farm” to the western property boundary line of “6 Fisher Lane”. The effect of this order will suspend the entire length of “Fisher Lane (D161) Chiddingfold” Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023. Alternative Route – Fisher Lane (D161), Pickhurst Road (D160), High Street Green (C34), Chiddingfold Road (C34) and Plaistow Road (C33) or the same route in reverse. The Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, 
between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of 
operation of this Order which will commence on 9 April 2024. 
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure 
will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access 
for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be 
maintained at all times.

The Street (C41) West Horsley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of The Street (C41) West Horsley which extends from its junction with East Lane (C41) to the southwestern property boundary line of “The Old Cottage, 199 The Street”. “The Street (C41) West Horsley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023” shall be suspended in its entirety. Alternative Route – East Lane (C41), Ockham Road South (B2039), Epsom Road (A246) and The Street (C41) or the same route in reverse. 
The Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works which is anticipated to be completed within 2 days, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 16 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure and suspension will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians, and cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Beales Lane (D3877) Weybridge Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Beales Lane (D3877) Weybridge. This Order is required to facilitate water utility works for, or on behalf of Chevron TM. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 14 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 April 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via road plates, if necessary, 
as will access for pedestrians and cyclists. There is no alternative route for this closure.

Leigh Hill Road (D6880) Cobham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Leigh Hill Road (D6880)
