NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES
The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff
(Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers will vary:- the charges payable for use of on-street parking places from those set out in column 2 of Schedule 1 of this Notice to those set out in column 3 of Schedule 1. the annual charges payable for resident’s parking permits, on-street business and community permits from those set out in column 2 of Schedule 2 to this Notice to those set out in column 3 of Schedule 2.
The new charges will be implemented from the 15th day of April 2024.
