What is happening?
THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROTHERBY LANE, PASTURE LANE, GADDESBY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 25/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 4 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 60 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Truman Contractors can undertake Section 278 development access work and utility installations in the highway. The proposed alternative diversion routes will be via: Rotherby Ln Park Hill, Main St, Rearsby Ln Gaddesby, Gaddesby Ln, Rearsby Bypass (A607) Rearsby, Melton Road (A607), Gaddesby Ln Hoby, Rotherby Ln Gaddesby & vice versa. Pasture Ln, Great Dalby Rd, Gaddesby Ln, Ashby Rd, Nether End, Main St, Park Hill Gaddesby & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

Rotherby Ln is to be closed from grid ref: 468905 313624 due south to the Pasture Ln junction.
Pasture Ln to be closed from the Park Hill junction to Paske Ave.
FOOTPATH FROM NOTTINGHAM ROAD TO DIEPPE, MELTON MOWBRAY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section
14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 26/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow UPP (HG Comms) Ltd to undertake telecom infrastructure repair works. The proposed pedestrian diversion route will be via: Nottingham Rd & Dieppe Way & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

DALBY ROAD B6047, MELTON MOWBRAY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 26/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake bridge inspections. The proposed diversion route will be via: B6047, A47, A6003, A606, A607, B6047 & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

Dalby Rd is to be closed at the railway bridge for 50 metres approx. either side.
SOMERBY ROAD, BURROUGH ON THE HILL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 26/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake apparatus repair/installations and various highway maintenance works.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Somerby Rd, Burrough On The Hill, Burrough Rd, High St, Town End, Owston Rd – Somerby, Long Ln, Whatborough Rd – Owston, Oakham Rd, Melton Rd (B6047) – Tilton On The Hill, Thimble Hall Rd, Burrough Rd – Twyford, Twyford Rd, Main St, – Burrough On The Hill & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.
