The North Yorkshire Council, Notice of Variation of Charges at Off-Street Parking Places, Borough of Scarborough, (Off Street Parking Places), Consolidation Order 2012 (As Amended), Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 35C The North Yorkshire Council hereby gives notice in exercise of its powers under Sections 35(1), 35(3) & 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 that it is to vary the current parking charges for pay & display off-street parking places in Schedule B to the Borough of Scarborough (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2012 (as amended) The Variation is to introduce revised charges for pay & display as set out:-.The 1st price is the current charge & the 2nd price is the new charge from 19/04/24.
