What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -
SECTION 35C
INCREASE OF PARKING CHARGES IN
THE HOLLAND PARK CAR PARK
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the
Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea intend
from 1st April 2024 to increase the charges for
regular parking bays in the Holland Park Car Park,
under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, and in accordance with section 25 of
the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure)
(England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
2. The current charges and the new charges, coming
into operation from the 1st April 2024, are shown
in the following table:-
