ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 35C
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers will vary the charges payable for use of Off-Street Parking Places from those set out in column 2 of the Schedule to this Notice to those set out in column 3 of the said Schedule.
The new charges will be implemented from the 11th day of April 2024.
