THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(ROAD FROM STAG CROSS TO HOME FARM CROSS, WILLAND) ORDER 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 15/4/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 29/4/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: Road From Stag Cross To Home Farm Cross, Willand, ( From 150 Meters From 6 Stagg Road Towards Road From West Lodge To Stag Cross To Outside 5 Stag Road )

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Road From Stag Cross To Home Farm Cross, Road From West Lodge To Stag Cross, Road From Whitegates To West Lodge, Willand Old Village, Road From Silver Street To Dean Hill Road, Silver Street, Uffculme Road, Road From Bridwell Lodge To Selgars Cottages, Russett Close, Road From Russet Close To Coldharbour, Road From Mill Cottages To Oaklands, Road Heading South To Smithincott, Road From Smithincott To Stenhill Cross, Road From Bradfield Cottage To Stenill Cross, Road From Home Farm Cross To Bradfield Cottage, Road From Stag Cross To Home Farm Cross & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RC REQUIRED FOR GAS MAINS REPLACEMENT WORKS.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 18/3/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 28/3/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: St Peter Street, Tiverton, (From Near St Peters Church To Near Junction To Newport Street)

THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: carry out excavations within the highway/parking bays to allow for the installation of new ducting so that sww can monitor flows within the cso chamber. Backfill & reinstate as existing.

Roads affected: OLD TIVERTON ROAD, STONEWALL LANE & PEDLERSPOOL LANE, CREDITON

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A3072 EXHIBITION ROAD, BLAGDON TERRACE, JOCKEY HILL, FANNYS LANE, POUNDS HILL & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Construction Of New Roundabout At A3072 At Creedy Bridge Which Is Part Of The New Bellway Site. Includes Storm Drainage Connections & Footpaths.
