(Various Roads, Uffculme) (20mph Limit & Restricted Roads) Order

Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in Uffculme: 20mph Speed Limit on specified lengths of Appletree Close, Ashley Close, Ashley Road, Belle Vue Rise, Bridge Street, Caumont Close, Chapel Hill, Clarke Close, Clay Lane, Coldharbour, College Green, Commercial Road, Culm Haven, Culm Valley Way, East Street, Eastfield Orchard, Fore Street, High Street, Highland Park, Highland Terrace, Manor Close, Markers, Markers Road, Meadow View, Mill Street, Orchard Close, Pathfields, Pippins Field, Road From Bridwell Lodge to Selgars Cottages, Road From Mill Cottages to Oaklands, Road from Russet Close to Coldharbour, Russett Close, The Spinney and The Square.

Restricted Road on a specified length of Clay Lane.

Objections and other comments specifying the proposal and the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/20mph to arrive by 11th April 2024.
