Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Carlton Road, Carlton Miniott, Order 2024 No 87.
We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Carlton Road, Carlton Miniott due to Yorkshire Water sewer repair works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 02/04/24 until 16/04/24 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be for 02/24/4 until 31 /07/24. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking, Amendment No Tbc Order 2024.
Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified here-
Prohibition Of Waiting and Loading And Provision Of Parking: Easingwold, Long Street, North/West side, From 28 metres Northwest of the centre line of the junction with Chase Garth Road, To 49 metres Northwest of the centre line of the junction with Chase Garth Road, Waiting Prohibited at All times, with exemptions.

We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using various roads in Area 1 Richmond as detailed below due to surface dressing, road markings and road stud works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 02/04/24 until 01/11/24 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be for 02/04/24 until 02/09/25.
