Skipton, Multiple Roads, Temporary Restrictions
What is happening?
North Yorkshire Council,
Temporary 30 Mph Speed Restriction, Causeway, Buckden, Order 2024 No 80.
North Yorkshire Council intends to make this Order that will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 mph along Causeway, Buckden, due to drainage works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 01/07/24 for 1 month, however the maximum duration of this Order will be from 01/04/24 until 31/03/25 inclusive. The restriction will be put into effect by notices and signs. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Various Roads, Skipton Area, Order 2024 No 86
We intend make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the following roads for varying periods of between 1 and 5 days and up to 4 occasions at each location due to patching and surface dressing works. The restriction will be put into effect by notices and signs. A6069 Inghey bridge to Niffany bridge, Skipton. B6255 Ribblehead to Newby Head. B6265 Skipton Road, Crosshills. (From A6068 junction to County Boundary) U2355 Skipton Road, Low Bradley. U2422 Cowling Hill, Cowling. (A6068 to County Boundary) U2431 Dick Lane, Cowling. C113 Gargrave to West Marton. U806 Malham Tarn to Arncliffe. The maximum duration of the order will be from 02/0424 until 30/09/24.
The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and local alternative routes will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all time and vehicular access will be maintained whenever possible.
