(RYLAND ROAD ETC, GRAVELLY HILL) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
To introduce 20mph Speed limit on RYLAND ROAD, ABBOTTS ROAD, BRACEBRIDGE ROAD, PARKDALE CLOSE, STONEYHURST ROAD, and along lengths of ERDINGTON HALL ROAD & WHEELWRIGHT ROAD, GRAVELLY HILL.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Iain Aiken email: iain.aiken@birmingham.gov.uk or karl.randall@birmingham.gov.uk) or telephone Karl Randall 07766 924044).
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Assistant Director - Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 12th April 2024.
