EREWASH BOROUGH COUNCIL (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2014
NOTICE OF VARIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Erewash Borough Council intends to vary the charges to be paid under
the Erewash Borough Council (Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2014 under
section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The variations will be brought into effect on 15 April 2024
The below table shows the current parking charges:
