Roysdale Way, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Danger To The Public
What is happening?
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Footpath N0.67(Bradford Southern), Euroway Industrial Estate, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Footpath No.67(Bradford Southern), Euroway Industrial Estate, Bradford should be restricted or prohibited because of the likelihood of danger to the public intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath No.67 (Bradford Southern), Euroway Industrial Estate from its junction with Roysdale Way to its junction with Footpath No.68(Bradford Southern) and its junction with Mill Carr Hill Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
No alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the proposed Order will be available.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 25th March 2024 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 29th May 2024 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
