Staithgate Lane, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Electrical Works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Staithgate Lane, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works to be executed on or near Staithgate Lane, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Staithgate Lane from its junction with Staithgate Roundabout (Rooley Lane) to its junction with Dean Beck Avenue.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Staithgate Lane (unaffected section), Rooley Lane, Bierley Lane, Rockhill Lane, Wharfedale Road, Merrydale Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 06:00 hours on the 18th March 2024 and remains in force until 23:59 hours on the 3rd April 2024 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
