What is happening?

THE NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL

(CHURCH STREET, BALDOCK) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2024

(SOUBERIE AVENUE, LETCHWORTH) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024

(BANCROFT, HITCHIN) (PROHIBITON OF STOPPING AND WAITING EXCEPT TAXIS) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the North Hertfordshire District Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

A brief description of the lengths of road affected by these proposals is set out in Schedules 1, 4 and 5 to this notice. The properties eligible to apply for permits under Schedule 2, Church Street Baldock Zone B would be as set out in Schedule 2 of this notice and the permit charges would be as set out in Schedule 3 to this notice.

Full details of the proposals are contained in the draft Orders, the plans and the statements of reasons which may be inspected at the offices of North Hertfordshire District Council, Gernon Road, Letchworth, or may be viewed on the Council’s website at www.north-herts.gov.uk and by link to https://www.north-herts.gov.uk/parking-orders-and-reviews from 14th March 2024.
