What is happening?

(PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 127, HENLEAZE, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY FOOT PASSENGERS)
ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance
of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to
close, temporarily, to pedestrians that length of Public Right of Way
127 which extends from Brookland Road to the north easternmost
boundary of No. 21 Lansdown Terrace.
The Order was required because works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the public right of way and becomes
operative from 18th March 2024 for a maximum period of six
months. However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole
of the period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are
anticipated to take place between 8:30 a.m. on 18th March 2024
and 4.30 p.m. on 16th April 2024).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Brookland Road, Kellaway Avenue, Lansdown
Terrace, Public Right of Way 127 (part unaffected) and vice versa
(OLD MARKET STREET, ST. PHILIPS, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance of
the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
as amended have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Old Market Street,
westbound, which extends from Old Market Street Roundabout to
Tower Hill; and
2. to suspend, temporarily, when appropriate signs are covered, the
existing north westbound reserved bus lane in Baldwin Street,
High Street, Bristol Bridge and Victoria Street, between
Redcliffe Street and Bridge Street, so as to give effect to the
alternative route as a consequence of item 1. Above.
The Order was required because works are being or are proposed
to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from
18th March 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months.
However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the
period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated
to take place overnight between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily from
18th March 2024 to 22nd March 2024).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Old Market Street Roundabout, Temple Way,
Temple Gate, Bath Bridge Roundabout, Temple Gate, Victoria Street,
Bristol Bridge, High Street, Wine Street, Newgate, Broad Weir, Lower
Castle Street
(CARDIGAN ROAD AND RADNOR ROAD, HENLEAZE, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance
of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to
close, temporarily, to vehicles the lengths of roads as specified in
Schedule 1 to this Notice.
The Order was required because works are being or are proposed
to be executed on or near the roads and becomes operative from
18th March 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months.
However, the closures may not be implemented for the whole of the
period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated
to take place between 8:30 a.m. on 18th March 2024 and 4.30
p.m. on 29th March 2024).

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance
of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to
close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Beechwood Road which
extends from Fishponds Road south eastwards for 42 metres.
The Order was required because works are being or are proposed
to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from
27th March 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months.
However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the
period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated
to take place between 8:30 a.m. on 27th March 2024 and 5:00
p.m. on 4th April 2024).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Fishponds Road, Radley Road, Beechwood
Road (part unaffected) and vice versa
(CHARLTON MEAD DRIVE, SOUTHMEAD, BRISTOL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Bristol in pursuance
of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 as amended have made an Order the effect of which is to
close, temporarily, to vehicles that length of Charlton Mead Drive
which extends from Charlton Road to the common boundary line of
No.178 and No.180 Charlton Mead Drive.
The Order was required because works are being or are proposed
to be executed on or near the road and becomes operative from
27th March 2024 for a maximum period of eighteen months.
However, the closure may not be implemented for the whole of the
period, but only as necessitated by the works (which are anticipated
to take place between 8:00 a.m. on 27th March 2024 and 4:30
p.m. on 29th March 2024).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Charlton Mead Drive (part unaffected),
Charlton Road and vice versa
